Refund policy

At Oberia Jewelry, your satisfaction means the world to us. Every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to absolutely love your jewelry.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@oberiajewelry.com within a few days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned in their original packaging and condition

Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before sending your jewelry back, please email us for instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected in Canada, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item — for instance, due to size — we’re happy to assist. Since each piece is individually handcrafted from scratch, we offer complimentary exchanges for all items. A delivery fee will apply to cover the cost of reshipping the new piece.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds are available for both regular and sale items, excluding final-sale or personalized pieces.
